Photography NC II

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes, and skills in operating a camera and composing a subject; setting up studio lights, equipment, and accessories; performing post-production stages; and presenting finished products in accordance with the industry standards.

Trainees or students wishing to enroll in this course should satisfy the following requirements:
  • Be able to read, comprehend, and discuss printed information in English.
  • Be able to write simple statements, recognize numbers, and perform basic numeric calculations.
  • Must own or have access to a Digital SLR (DSLR) or Mirrorless Interchangeable-Lens Camera (MILC)
  • Computer literate and willing to learn new software.
  • At least 18 years of age at the time they finishes the training program.

Institutional Requirements (for online sessions)

  • Must have access to computer
  • Must have stable internet connection
  • Submit the duly accomplished Learners Profile Form (MIS 03-01)
  • Four pieces of passport-size colored photo
    – white background
    – shirt with collar
    – with name in front (digital name is acceptable)
  • Photocopy of any valid government ID (with full name and correct spelling).
  • Photocopy of birth certificate.
  • Face-to-Face Learning: ₱30,000 inclusive of VAT
  • Blended Learning: ₱20,000 inclusive of VAT

Flexible payment plan is available.

Visual Graphic Design NC III

This course is designed to develop & enhance the knowledge, skills, & attitudes of a Visual Graphic Design Provider in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic & common competencies in addition to the core competencies such as to develop designs for logo, develop designs for print media, develop designs for user interface and user experience as well as develop designs for product packaging and booth & product window display.

The nominal duration of 501 hours covers the required units at Visual Graphic Design NC III. TVET providers can however, offer a longer, ladderized course covering the NC III basic, common and core units.

Trainees or students should possess the following requirements:

  • Must have completed at least 10 yrs. basic education or an alternative learning systems (ALS) certificate of completion with grade 10 equivalent holder.
  • Must have drawing and drafting skills.
  • Can communicate either oral and written
  • Must have computer operation skills and at least 1 graphic software knowledge and skills.
  • Must pass the aptitude and artistic/talent determination test given by the institution

    • Adobe Photoshop or Gimp
    • Illustrator or Inkscape
    • InDesign or Scribus
    • Autodesk Sketchbook
    • TextEdit, Microsoft Word or any Open Office
